When and where is the conference?

The conference is being held Friday, March 1, 2019 and Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the Columbus-Worthington DoubleTree Hotel.

Is there a discounted room rate for the conference?

We are offering a discounted room rate at the DoubleTree.

A block of rooms has been reserved for February 28, 2019 – March 1, 2019. The special room rate will be available until February 7th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

The cost for a room $114.00/night (plus applicable taxes).

Will I be able to get graduation credit or CEUs for attending the conference?

Below is the graduate credit and CEU information for the 2019 conference. An announcement will be made closer to the 2019 conference if we are able to offer graduate credit.

What is your “use of likeness” policy?

During the conference, we will have OCTELA representatives taking photographs and possibly video recording. By registering for the conference, you agree to grant OCTELA permission to use any photographs and/or videos of your likeness at this event for all purposes, including those specified here and all advertising and publicity purposes, whether in print, electronic, or other media.
